Introduction on new activities was really interesting. Trainers knew what they were talking about. We did not have Linda… Abbie Sinfield and Vicky Sellers ran course with Adam. Both were really knowledgeable and supportive.

I learnt a lot from the trainer if I had a question she would answer in detail, she made me feel comfortable in the areas I wasn’t so keen on doing but she has made me very confident in knowing I can do this.
