Great knowledge, very passionate. Previously trained at Wilds Lodge, so this is my second course.
Absolutely well executed, loved the vibe and all the new information learnt.
The trainer was a good teacher and communicator, made learning fun and impactful. I learnt a lot that would help me in my job and in my everyday life as well.
I felt Lee was very engaging & passionate about the subject matter. I found Lee very easy to talk too. I also thought Lee was a very good listener & he was also very good at reflecting/mirroring back the behaviour of the staff attending the course.
Very engaging and useful! I feel confident in the future if I am ever in a difficult situation.
