A great training session with Harry, good fun but also very informative, we have learnt a lot from this training.

I like the separation of theory and practical. If it was just theory all day sat down that would be hard to concentrate but also the fact we do the theory first and the practical second works well. Very informative course and feel confident to now use the techniques taught to me if I ever needed to

The course is a brilliant way to explain the right way to use the right way to de escalate situations min our work place and Harry did a amazing job as a trainer

Ben has been an outstanding trainer, very engaging and got everyone thinking throughout the course. Lovely and friendly towards everyone, made us all feel super comfortable. Ben also delivered the restraint training amazingly, giving and allowing himself for resistance for a real feel of a situation. Be great to work with Ben again!

Ben has really built my confidence and made me feel safer within my role. I feel like I will be able to keep the children safe more effectively if necessary
