Kirsty delivered the training really well, I felt engaged all the way through the training. I have learnt so much today and will take this back with me I will be encouraging my colleagues to attend the training

The Training enlightened me on how to deal with baseline causes of issues concerning our patients and how best to help calm the situation. Also, the training was very good and made the session very enjoyable
