I have completed all levels now and I would like to say I have really enjoyed the course and the consistency (same trainer Ben). I am confident that I can do these restraints (hopefully will not have to). The techniques were not difficult and in no harm. I would recommend this course to other people. Had Ben twice and both amazing and engaging services that were a perfect balance of practical and theory, I now feel competent to apply in practice if needs be.

Ben was excellent made the course very interesting and taught us a lot. I feel I am quite confident if I had to use these skills on anybody. Thus course was by the best off the 3 I did . I wished Ben had done them all.
