i always look forward to Having my refresher taring from Rachel as she is always so helpful and has some new ideas and activates.

As always great knowledge and understanding around the whole course from the RRN to how our setting works. Was given new and different ways to best support of staff when teaching the course. Again given new ideas around tasks and making the training fresh and clear. Always supportive and able to answer any questions.

It was an amazing course with lots of skills gained.

Teaching was great and when struggling with understanding, I was able to approach and ask for guidance.

Gemma was really enthusiastic and kept us going even when it was near the end of day and we were all tired. Enough breaks and Gemma always checked we were ok and there was a good balance between learning the important stuff and making it fun.

Coralina and Ripley were amazing trainers, kept everyone engaged and used a range of learning techniques. Really enjoyed that course and learnt a lot!
