Thus course was very innovative and relevant to my role Ben was a great trainer Had brilliant ability to both teach us and it was engaging and fun The information did stick
Level 2. Excellent course. I was nervous initially but was instantly set an ease and laughing. Feel so confident in my skills working with young people, preventing, deescalating, and responding to danger. Ben was/is amazing, has inspired me and identified my strengths. Life changing and so Empathetic.
Loved this course. Thought Andy was engaging and helped to make a heavy theory day very interactive and interesting
Good useful information that was forgotten .l was very greatfull to the both tutors. I really enjoyed the course. Thanks
Great course . I believe I could put some technic into the practice, however I feel I do already but hopefully more effectively in the future. I don’t think the test on the end is necessary.
