Matt had a lot of experience and made what could have been a very dull slideshow into an engaging three days, by sharing anecdotes and encouraging open discussions.

I feel as if I have learnt a lot on this course. The instructor was really informative, answered all my questions well, and represented all the breakaway and restraint techniques super clear which made me feel at ease while I was practicing them myself. Matt is the trainer of the PBS training program, and he demonstrated excellent knowledge in both the theoretical and practical aspects of the course. He clearly highlighted the most important points in the theory section, using real-life examples to help us understand the reasoning behind certain behaviors and concerns. In the practical component, he presented and demonstrated the techniques professionally, guiding us on which areas to focus on and improve. His feedback helped refine our skills effectively.
