I really enjoyed the 2 day training and have learnt good techniques and break away techniques I found the trainer Liam really good as he explained everything clearly to understand. Helped you in anyway very approachable

Fantastic training, very informative to the service regarding a gentleman we support. I will use breakaway techniques with confidence when needed. Liam was brilliant, friendly & very very knowledgeable and I feel more positive in the understanding of the structures of behaviours. Thankyou 😊

Although this is the second time I have done this course I feel the trainer delivered the course in a refreshing but professional manner. I am always happy to do PBS training as this can only benefit the people I support in a positive manner and keep them and myself safe

Liam greeted everyone with a welcome and friendly smile and was very knowledgeable of the course materials. I have found it very helpful and educational doing this training as part of my induction. Highly recommended training.

Liam was easy to understand and very patient if someone didn't understand something, he went over it slowly until they understood. He had a great sense of humour which made the course a lot more comfortable and made people open up more. He was also very concerned about everyones health and wellbeing, checking if people were ok and not hurt throughout.
