It is a good experience and good learning exercise. I learnt a lot .I learnt how to understand the young people better and clear. I learnt how to understand them better when they are expressing themselves.

My 3 days training alongside Ben was a very good experience and I feel in the short period of time I have learnt a lot, he is a very firm but on the ball trainer, I enjoyed all 3 days
