I had no idea what to expect or of how much use it would be, but was pleasantly surprised. The course was interesting and easy to take part in.
Really glad I took this short intensive course. It was great and I have learned new skills that I shall apply in my role. In the short time I was there, I learned a lot from Claire.
So far I have found the training to be of great benefit and rather insightful. it is so suitable for any manager, in any sector. A great way to feel supported and find solutions to challenges that most managers face on a daily basis.
The course was really insightful and encouraged a lot of engagement, and interacting with fellow colleagues really helped too. Ross and Lilyana were great tutors and made you feel comfortable whilst making their points very clear.
Overall I really enjoyed the course - there were a few moments that were a little bit hard to follow or I lost concentration but not regularly.
Very well managed and thought out. Brought people out of their shells and has already developed my skills going forward.
A nice group to take the course with, meant that it was very easy going and inclusive.
Couldn't fault the day. I learned about myself and a lot.more. Can't wait to implement new ideas within my team
Would be better if it was a longer course to delve more in-depth in certain areas
Absolutely vital training for managers of all walks of life. It has given our organisation a framework in which to operate in a unified, joint up process. Ross worked collaboratively with all of our managers and gave them the tools to first of all establish what management type works in different scenarios and secondly how to get the most out of our workforce. Ross listened to some of our stories of previous management issues and with some prompting led us to understand how we could have done things differently in the lead up to the issue which would have meant that the problem would never have manifested itself in the first place. The contents of the course was delivered in an informal and relaxed attitude with some great industry leading guest speakers. Highly reccomended.
