Really good

A good interactive day. Helen was engaged and engaging throughout. Good topic and content.

Was very intense

Helen was a wonderful instructor, however the content of the workshop felt quite rushed and not all that clear. We moved through everything quickly and it felt quite difficult to always fully understand the purpose and context.
