Very good knowledge building session and good to get to work with our peers. Helen has a really nice manner and makes the learning stress free.
Nice interactive session so it’s not just being talked at the whole day.
I thought the there was a nice balance of learning with the trainer and the group learning elements with the different members of the group.
Really enjoyed the session, right level of information and interactivity.
I was a little concerned how well I would focus by the end of the day, having had a couple of poor nights' sleep, but the content kept me engaged right to the end. I took 15 pages of typed notes!
