It was full of great content and insightful conversations. It did feel a little model heavy at times so it's going to take a bit of work to work through them and identify what is relevant and which ones we should be following but I really enjoyed exploring the topic of self reflection today.
There was an overwhelming amount of material to cover which fatigued everyone by the end.
Enjoyed the day. There was a lot of information, I felt the coaching supervision and models at the end were rushed. But this was not a reflection on how the trainer led the day, more on the amount of content.
The workshop was highly engaging and provided valuable insights into various aspects of coaching, including emotional intelligence, listening skills, and reflective practices. However, I felt slightly overwhelmed by the breadth of topics covered in a single day. While each concept was meaningful, absorbing and applying so much information will require further review and reflection. Despite this, I appreciate the structure and resources provided, which will help me revisit and deepen my understanding over time.
Jason is clearly very knowledgeable and has considerable relevant experience around Coaching that he brought to the day. His delivery was upbeat and engaging as well as direct and concise.
The day was good overall. I felt there was a lot of information today and found it hard to absorb everything so I will definitely be doing some more research on several models to get a deeper understanding of the processes and applications. I enjoyed the breakout rooms - these are always highly invigorating in seeing others perspectives.
