It was a very comprehensive session, there was a lot of information to take in. Some of the information was archaic in its content and would not be applied in this day and age.

Well paced. Good mixture of activities and relevance to assignments. Martyn has great interpersonal skills - a very positive session.

Enjoyed the workshop. Clear materials and good interaction with breakouts. Brilliant trainer. Clear and easy to listen to and understand. Good questioning and tips etc.

Quite full on day with lots of information to take on, but the break was helpful and the interactive break out room helped a lot.

The group discussions, both as a larger group and in breakout rooms, were useful. However, there was a lot of information to digest in one sitting, and I'm not sure how much of it I've retained. The slides are available to download, so I'll go back through them at my leisure. Some of the models and theories were quite dated, particularly around learning styles, IQ and personalities. That topic caused some controversy in the session, which the trainer handled well, but it did seem that Ioda would do well to listen to that criticism and update some of its resources.
