Fun, interactive, extremely informative and welcoming
This workshop was extremely helpful and practical. It demystified what it means to be a professional mentor, and gave me both the mindset and the tools to do it well. It helped me reflect on my own leadership style and how I can support others more effectively, not just through advice, but through presence, curiosity, and trust. I feel more confident in stepping into a mentoring role, and I know this learning will benefit both my own development and the people I work with.

Helen was a joy to do a zoom course with. Smiley, funny, talkative, clear in communication and helpful in demonstration of platforms. I really enjoyed the breakout and first getting to meet my new cohort. The atmosphere of the day enabled questions and clarifying conversations
