Love the energy and knowledge Helen brings, she’s funny and it’s enjoyable. Once again, there’s far too much to be learnt in the time provided and I personally need more time to read, listen, reflect and learn on the topics. Everything goes by too quickly for me to process.

Another great training module from IODA! Today felt particularly significant, as we're at the point where, going forward, we're going to put all we've been learning into practice. We will be working with our own coachees. Helen's passion for coaching, clear explanations and enthusiasm throughout was reassuring and motivating. For me it was important that someone with high energy and positivity led this session, as some learners are apprehensive and nervous about now delivering real coaching, and all that goes with it (contracting, EDI, chemistry meeting, boundaries, using models, etc). Thanks Helen, I think you did a good job of making us feel excited as well as the natural nerves we might have.

Overall a really good and useful day. Feels like there are some easy steps to move forwards on.
