Really enjoyed the course and the approach - different to many courses that I have been on that are quite boring or that feel like you are being spoken at, rather than involved. Very discussion based which can often feel overwhelming but Paul has a great approach so you feel comfortable and it feels easy.
It's just nice to see that across many different walks of life, we tend to all be dealing with similar challenges. So it was really good hearing other participants talk and share.
I really enjoyed the course. Paul was a wonderful facilitator who made me feel immediately welcome. It was great having so many opportunities to have discussions with the other attendees and overall the day didn't feel rushed. I was very glad/grateful for the regular breaks as Zoom meetings can be quite exhausting. It also made me feel normal for being someone who procrastinates and sometimes struggles to keep focus, giving me helpful tools that keep those facts about myself in mind rather than trying to completely change my working style.
I'm pleased to be back training with Happy and glad that this course was very useful and facilitated well, even with a smaller group and virtual only. I originally had doubts about how interactive it'd be and if our attention would wane since we're just sitting at a computer all day, but I think the pacing was good and the breaks were definitely in the right places.
Excellent course structure, content and (amazing) moderator :-). I would definitely recommend the company and course to others! Learnt a lot and feel empower and motivated to put everything learnt to good use.
I came to learn and I did that and learnt a lot from everyone else too.
I am glad I am not the only procrastinator in the world, and there were so many extra hints. Turning off notifications is one I hope everyone does.
I thought the course was a really nice blend of group discussion and information sharing. Paul was friendly and provided good information and structure throughout. So the course timings were spot on (no surprise there I guess!)
Brill course thank you. Great pace and opportunities to discuss with others
The course was quite different to what I expected, it involved more self-reflection and deep thinking and has really helped me realise that what I'm doing most of the time isn't 'true work' but managing my workload and organising tasks without giving myself sufficient time to complete them. There were some great tips and ideas, some of which I think will make a huge difference to me and with positive impacts for the wider team.
