I thought it was an excellent course – very inspiring.
Great workshop. Lots of useful, actionable items that can be used. Good pacing. Lots of space for reflection. Good balance of information and breakout spaces. Seven participants was a good number of people - everyone had time to speak without being rushed. Paul was a good workshop leader with a nice manner, seemed genuinely interested in what everyone had to say. I was engaged throughout the whole workshop.
The training was great !Really clear, practical and easy to understand. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to reflect on my own ways of working. Paul was fantastic, and I took a lot away from the session that I’m looking forward to trying myself and introducing to the wider team.
A great session and Rachael was lovely and helpful and such a good listener, it felt like a really welcoming space to talk about our own experiences and suggest ideas.
Good Course, i enjoyed the breakout sessions as i got to share ideas with others. Good facilities to work and good techniques offered for managing time.
Great course for chatting to people facing similar problems or even struggling with the opposite. I feel validated in knowing that my time management issues isn't a reflection of my capabilities in my role, but just general frazzling and effective time management
This was a great course that kept me really engaged. Paul was a really good trainer/facilitator in that he talked directly to us and made the content feel very relevant to us. As with some trainings, it didn't feel formulaic and as though he was repeating the same old stuff as he does to everyone. He gave everyone enough time to speak, to do the tasks and to feed back. The day felt focussed and I like the fact we weren't overloaded with slides and information. It was just right.
I liked how Paul gave us all the opportunity to just sit and reflect and take notes for a minute after each section. So I knew where I was and wasn't rushing to keep up. Overall it was helpful and empowering to see that I mostly know how to improve time efficiency etc, it's just about implementing it. Knowing that half the population struggles with this is helpful, as is the advice to take things one tiny step at a time.
A better insight into managing tasks, sharing of ideas and a reflection on not overthinking. An opportunity to take a step back and examine my own techniques and other approaches I could be using to manage my workload which I will be implementing to experiment.
