A better insight into managing tasks, sharing of ideas and a reflection on not overthinking. An opportunity to take a step back and examine my own techniques and other approaches I could be using to manage my workload which I will be implementing to experiment.

The course was really well run, with a lot of interaction and engagement with other participants. It was great to hear what other people struggle with, to know that most people have the same issues.

For me personally, the structure could have been a little clearer, maybe laid out in the beginning of the day in the slides; I'm a very visual person so this would be incredibly useful. There was a lot of listening, and I found concertrating for that length of time tricky. The long breaks and lunch were really good Overall, really enjoyed it and lots of practical things that I'll be able to take away and work on immediately.

The overall session was very inclusive and accommodating of everyone's times learning speed.
