I am pleased and satisfied of the things and information the course has delivered to us. The tutor is very helpful. The place is great clean and quiet. The staffs are nice and friendly. Overall I’m happy to have spent this short course with realise Bradford.

I came into this quite unsure of what the benefits of it would be, but after completing the course I’ve realised how useful it has been. I’ve learned a lot about customer service and even managed to discuss future plans in terms of my career and how I can best utilise my degree. Very happy! :)
