The customer service session went really well.
Was an enjoyable experience overall with a laid back and effective trainer, overall the sessions were easy to understand and went by in a timely manor.
Our tutor Paul was amazing he has great communication skills and knows how to deliver to us and he is really easy to speak to.
Useful course taught using a variety of methods
