Helen was fantastic, extremely passionate and knowledgeable from a personal perspective as well as professional. She was very engaging and encouraged participation and although a lot of the material is what I currently use day to day, Helen had an interesting way of seeing things from different and unusual perspectives and gave a lot of food for thought. Really enjoyed the course and would definitely recommend more colleagues attend in the future. I also liked the touch of having fidget thingies on the desk.

Helen was a very engaging trainer who is clearly very passionate about the subject. She brought her enthusiasm to the day and managed to cover lots of ground in a short space of time (half day). I would definitely recommend Helen and/or have her back in the future for another session!

Although I deal with vulnerable customers a lot, I found this session very useful and it has given me some additional tools and a better understanding which will be very useful.
