Great course, it was informative but not information overload. It created a space for discussion and questions to allow more thorough understanding

Great course. Helped with lots of questions I had previously. Thanks for delivering it and for keeping us all engaged. I would have preferred to have adults included and not just young people. The manual was not able to be added to read offline and being such a large file, it took a while to load.

Great course. I feel more confident in assess a young person in distress. I loved the discussions during the webinar as this provided a more in depth view and cleared up some uncertainty.

Really engaging, insightful course. The only criticism would be that it is quite a lot of information to take on board in a short space of time. The teams sessions would be better being 1.5 hours rather than 2 as it is a lot of heavy information overload - but that is just my personal opinion.

The course didn't meet my expectations it exceeded them! I didn't think the course would be any good & to be honest I participated partly as a box ticking exercise for work. However, the course was informative, engaging & well delivered & I would definitely recommend it for others.

Overall, it is a really great training opportunity to better prepare me to be a mental health first-aider. The instructors are super nice too to talk with and knowledgeable for questions. I think to add the role-play might be useful to practice the communication skills, which would put what you intend to do (in discussion) into 'action', would also provide a perspective to try think from the young person's view.

Trainers were excellent they involved participants and encouraged discussion of scenario based examples.
