I found the course very informative, the trainer presentation was excellent, making clear what the content would be and plenty of opportunity for questions. It has really helped me to help myself which will enable me to support others within the team. Very pleased I attended.
Very helpful tools and tip. I liked the idea of putting your own oxygen mask on first, I will remember that one.

I thoroughly enjoyed this session today - I attended the mental awareness workshop a while back and it was a great opportunity today to recap on bits from that and to then look at things from a managers perspective and what we can do to support ourselves and also our employees and it be meaningful. I really engage with Tamsen's style of delivery, connectivity and presence. I find I really take in more thanks as well for the follow up email with the resources
I have to say , what a really valuable course , delivered with such knowledge and confidence , so many really good resources to come away with , i will certainly be recommending the course to others and also will use the resources shared as part of my toolkit , professionally and personally thank you what a positive end to the week
Excellent Only feedback is that I had very recently completed the course that is a pre cursor and would have benefitted from a staggered gap between the two. That said I needed the WAP info so it was also timely. Best courses I have done it 24 years at CCC and most immediate action/development personally and for team taken as a direct consequence of course engagement.
Really helpful training and well delivered. Think would have liked an opportunity to problem solve as a group some issues managers have - however perhaps difficult to do with confidentiality.
