As someone who had not done the previous course, I found some of this rather rushed. I would have liked to had time for some brainstorming and discussion.
All very good, helpful , interested and deliver well.
Great training - really informative, right level of interaction and engagement. Very helpful tools, would be great to have more of these training sessions
Excellent Only feedback is that I had very recently completed the course that is a pre cursor and would have benefitted from a staggered gap between the two. That said I needed the WAP info so it was also timely. Best courses I have done it 24 years at CCC and most immediate action/development personally and for team taken as a direct consequence of course engagement.
really useful, lots of good content and ideas. It would have been good to have more time and maybe do a couple of interactive activities but overall really good. I will recommend it to my colleagues.

Excellent course - just the right length and content was clear and easy to relate to my job role.
It was a lovely course. It would have been great to have this session longer with elements of discussion, knowledge sharing.
Course had some helpful strategies and approaches to use with staff E.g. use of WAPS to generate discussions with particular workers.
The course was really informative and helpful. I am going to give some thought to adding the tools into my work. Thank you so much.
