I absolutely enjoyed the two days training. I learnt alot and got to ask questions. The classes were not boring quite practical and I am happy I attended. Patrizia was an amazing teacher, gentle, quite understanding.

The trainer and course was very informative and knowledgeable about the subjects conveyed . Everything was helpfully and easily understood, helping me to put practices into action properly whilst working in the future .

First time doing a virtual training course, was a good mixture of tasks, slides and group discussions and activities to get everyone talking. Good training for people who are new to care.
