The course contents was informative and helpful.

Great course and very informative

I found the course interesting, it flowed well across the two days although I think we ran out of time towards the end, which was a shame. The trainer had an amazing amount of facts to quote as examples! I would have liked there to be more opportunity for some interactive activities but overall it was an enjoyable course.

Very good course with a lot of valuable information to take in, but I feel this course would benefit the learners if it was shorter.

This cause was particularly interesting & kept me engaged the whole two days

I did find it different that there was content in the workbook that wasn't covered in the course (eg there was more content around goal setting than on the slides). Appreciated the inclusion of videos and the discussions had. George was fantastic at including people, remembering what people have said and validating people's thoughts. It never felt like anyone was "wrong" or vilified for thinking differently.
