Highlighted my own approach to memory and retrieval may not be as effective as it could be, I highlight and re-read a-lot and this has given me further ideas. Session was really great that we could have activities whilst doing the webinar as it was much more engaging and found that I was able to recall more information at the end, whist being able to acknowledge there were still gaps in my knowledge.
