Course was very easy to understand and follow on with. All details covered were explained very simply and effectively.

Trainer was very approachable when myself and other members of staff were asking questions and obtaining information from both sides of the training course and real life scenarios

Course gave great understanding and Insight into how tones and body language can change the situation My trainer was clear very informative and knowledgeable I would recommend more of an interactive based option maybe some multiple choice quizzes to see everyone’s understanding
