The training was good, it made me remember some of the intervention techniques to use when I'm faced with challenging behaviours and redirection does not work

The refresher course was very educative, I have recalled all the strategies I had not used for a while, Chantelle did well refreshing the theory and practical, I recommend all staff to complete this training

Charlie was very knowledgable and shown great skill and confidence in relaying that to the class. His demonstrations where thorough and he took care and patients in ensuring all of the class had established the required level of ability to in all aspects of the practical work.
