The de-escalation training was highly valuable and relevant to. The session provided practical tools and techniques for handling difficult conversations calmly and professionally. The trainer was engaging, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for participation and discussion. I feel more confident in applying these strategies in real-life scenarios. Overall, an excellent and insightful course — highly recommended

Scott was great at instructing the lesson today, giving clear instructions and examples throughout the day, was great to have a refresher especially as in the home I work, Physical intervention is not a common occurrence, thankyou Scott.
