It was good to refresh on the course and Jack was absolutely lovely and it's amazing how I was trained initially by a different person and the training I did today was absolutely the same teaching and that is great. Regardless of who trained me,the skills were passed on absolutely great.thanks to sherwood

Jack delivered the session extremely well and we all thoroughly enjoyed the session. However, we’re disappointed that we need too revisit the level 2 and level 3 PBS and feel could have been picked up and addressed prior to today’s session.
