Ben was fantastic, he is an experienced expert in this field. I really enjoyed the training.
The course is one of the excellent opportunity for the front line workers for their day to day job. Ben is brilliant in training the scenarios as a real situation.
Course was really interesting. Picked up loads as Refresher should.
Training was well organised, hands on and was well structured. Trainer had the experience and knowledge.
Very good training, was able to understand more some of the techniques I learnt in the previous level, very informative and helpful to carry out duties safely. Thanks to the trainer, did good job.
Both trainers are good and it makes me learn more from them.
