Practical, interactive learning is the course’s clearest strength. Attendees value the balance of PBS theory, de-escalation and RPI skills with demonstrations, discussion and ample hands-on practice. Trainers are consistently described as knowledgeable, approachable, patient and clear, using humour and real-life workplace examples while adapting the pace to individual needs. The refresher helps attendees correct techniques, understand behaviour and feel more confident applying safer, person-centred approaches at work.

A really good ‘refresher’ course helping me to remember, maintain knowledge, understanding and necessary skills needed in my role within Reach.
