Practical, interactive learning is the course’s clearest strength. Attendees value the balance of PBS theory, de-escalation and RPI skills with demonstrations, discussion and ample hands-on practice. Trainers are consistently described as knowledgeable, approachable, patient and clear, using humour and real-life workplace examples while adapting the pace to individual needs. The refresher helps attendees correct techniques, understand behaviour and feel more confident applying safer, person-centred approaches at work.

Very good at explaining information in a way that could be understood. Thankyou Andy
Andy delivered the training in a clear & appropriate manner. I learnt a lot from a different perspective & will take this with me in my role.
