This was a refresher course - I have used and recalled the previous training over the past year. Whilst I did not learn new skills, it was excellent for refreshing those skills I had previously learnt and making sure that my use of them was 'on point'.
The activities we completed in during the theory part of the course were really effective and interesting which sparked lots of discussion. Both the theory and practical sessions were well structured and planned out. All trainers were friendly and approachable and I felt able to ask any questions I needed to.
Great trainers. Listened to all my thoughts and gave feedback in details.
Just a brilliant course - lots of opportunity to discuss our learners, to think about the strategies we use (and could use) to support learner to regulate and new ideas to teach the course and make it really interesting and interactive. Fantastic!
This year the training was more interactive. Everyone seemed more confident and the session as a whole was improved!
