Great to have a refresher to help remember the technique
I thought that Kirstie gave excellent examples of each subject matter & let us apply it to our situations too.
Very good kirstie was very good listened to our concerns and fears I feel that I have a better base knowledge
The course was absolutely Brilliant kirsty was amazing really enjoyed it
Enjoyed the course and found this very informative and the trainer Joe very knowledgeable. I enjoyed both the non physical and physical parts of the course and it’s great we refreshed on all the elements of the course as it brought me up to speed with current knowledge and good practice and legislations.
The refresher course was very well delivered Joe made me feel at ease and confident to ensure I had the skills and knowledge to use PBS if ever I needed to.
