All the theory components were interspersed with practical applications so that they were relatable to our setting. For example the presentation included regular tasks and exercises to explore specific scenarios to help contextualise. This was a very helpful training session and was particularly useful to pair up and discuss practical applications with other members of the group; sharing ideas and responding to live role play scenarios.
The overall experience was the best I have had
