The training was presented in a thorough way and understandable way. Everyone was made to feel comfortable and everyone was able to participate and have their question's answered.
I enjoyed the way the content was broken down into sections instead of having everything thrown at us in one big lump I also appreciated being assessed in small groups rather than having to perform manoeuvres with lots of people watching

Really fantastic day of training. John was very personable and enthusiastic when delivering the content. Everything was talked through clearly and the effort was put into making sure everyone understood. I have left feeling more confident and prepared for my next day at work.
