Very useful, practical advise. Lots of time for discussion and reflective practice. Offered a open environment where people felt free to share their views and have a go without fear of getting things wrong.

This is my 2nd training with Kirsty. I enjoy this refresher just as much as the 3 day course I done a year ago! Thank you Kirsty. Hopefully see you next year for the refresher. :)
