All round good course. Lots of guidance and explanations from the trainer who spent time explaining, and going over the restraints. To make sure we all felt knowledgeable and conf to use them safely.
The refresher was good, and very helpful to my current role, it was good to listen to the trainer explain things again.
Good refresher, got to go over things i had forgotten and it was good learning day, the trainer is good and explains things well
