Andy was excellent. Very clear and concise instruction using humour which made it fun. The time went very quickly.

I was quite nervous of doing this refresher as thought I wouldn't remember much from the last one. ( John also taught this). Was suprised at how much I did remember and John made me feel very much at ease which meant I was less nervous. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.
