Rachel is without doubt the best instructor Sherwood have ever sent us, excellent discourse and proper experiences. She also shows proper attention to the fact that the restraints are am absolute last resort and we are here to maximise our service users freedom and life enjoyment.

Outstanding Andy is an expert in his field Extremely thorough in understanding the needs of the person so that his training is person centred and bespoke Listens attentively to the contributions from the attendees and is able to instantaneously process, respond and give proactive responses and document key information on the flip chart. Andy is also able to carry out a Risk Assessment review
