Felt very comfortable, was able to ask questions and we’re all answered professionally. Both trainers were very friendly and informative

Very good to refresh and cover the subject in a smaller group, I came away with a better understanding on the concept of reflective practice to provide person centred support for our members focusing on primary strategies.

Response: Hi Stella, thank you for the lovely feedback and so happy that you left with a better understanding on the primary strategies and person centred support.

A good refresher of all the moves and good to chat about all the different primary strategies we could use to prevent loss of control.
