Really great and effective training, just completed refresher and was very happy with the training.
I learned a lot from the experience in the training and physical restraints really enjoyed it was a lot of fun and good for the future.

Refresher was really good as I forgot 1 or 2 holds / break aways tutor was very professional and was very good and demonstrating everything
