It was very good to refresh the memory and remember all the necessary details we learned from a year ago. Something we can put into practice daily at work place and increase verbal de-escalation techniques. Trainers also very welcoming and supportive.
An amazing course refreshment as usual. The trainers are very skilled people an d have given us a beneficial day refreshment. I would recommend it to all the SIA SECURITY in the MRI as the restrictions for the patients are absolutely effective especially in the hard times at work. The trainer was very professional and made the course more interesting with some games instead of just watching videos or reading and I learnt some new things about autism which was surprising. I would happily reckon the trainers techniques.
