Ben was really friendly from the offset. He made me feel very welcome. During the course Ben was giving feedback and engaging with the full team which made the session a lot more fun as it was interactive. Ben taught the restraints and break aways very well, he broke down the steps and went through them with us. I feel bens approach to giving feedback was very constructive and supportive.
This course was a great refresher course. I felt comfortable through out and it was a lovely change in approach to theory to be interactive with everyone. Ben knew is stuff really well and was able to give clear and direct instruction through out and help when you needed it to! Thank you! 🙂
Very different training which allowed adults to think about things in a different way to think about how the children maybe feeling or thinking. Ben was very helpful and informative to all and helped and guided everyone with questions when asked. Ben made it fun and informative session to attend.
This is my 6th pi refresher course. I was pleasantly surprised to have found this one different to the previous. This course was engaging, informative and fun. I am an interactive learner and I feel how this course was delivered very much suited my learning style. I got a lot from it. Thanks Ben 😊
Ben had a fantastic and personalised approach to all the learners today and took time in the morning as well as throughout the practical sessions to make the training feel memorable and reflective in how we approach young people. This was the first refresher I had which felt unique while still covering all the topics and giving a thorough refresher on all the breakaway and restraints.
I enjoyed my training today. Learned about so many things which we use in our normal routine or at work. Day went so fast with loads of fun. Thank you so much for lovely training
