Liam was a great trainer, he was informative and answered any questions we had. Liam is a great listener and was consistent. I wanted to be more confident at using RPI's and I definitely feel like I am after this training.
Very good to refresh my knowledge, felt very safe with the trainer who was very knowledgeable and calming. I felt safe and confident to go in front of the group to practice what was taught. Teaching was very good and thorough and went over what was taught multiple times and checked everyone was happy before moving on.
Mike is brilliant and filled out team with confidence. Very knowledgeable and professional whilst still able to have a laugh with a group of strong headed women.
Delivered in a way that was easy to understand, feel much more comfortable going forward in terms of using RPIs and breakaway strategies. Liam made it good fun which makes learning easier. Thank you
