Really useful refresher, especially about the holds. A great boost for confidence too. I wasn’t bored at all as we were always doing an activity. Very enjoyable.

Detailed and practical with lots of demonstration and discussions. The use of PowerPoint pictures to show techniques could be very useful.

Hopefully, the trainers gave time to ensure all of the physical skills are taught clearly, as just having pictures wouldn't ensure the safety and technique of the skills are applied appropriately and accurately. We always recommend practicing the skills as a team after the training, to ensure skills are fresh and kept up to date between refresher courses.
