Lee was fantastic in delivery and taught the PBS course amazingly and provided training which was imbedded in my mind from today onwards. I feel the way the delivery was provided was the best delivery I’ve had for the last 5 years being in the company. The trainer, Lee, was the best trainer I’ve had in all my years in the job. Interactive, engaging and seemed to genuinely care about our progress. Taught in a manor that was easy to remember, made the training enjoyable as well as educational. Lee
